What to Expect From Your Order

Please note that custom orders require time and care. After placing your order as it is only one person making your item, I'll contact you to discuss material choices and availability. Production time will vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload. I'll keep you updated every step of the way. To begin, a partial, non-refundable payment is required upfront to cover material costs it will be half of the cost of the custom order. Price listing 

Bags: 

  • 1 color is $15 additional colors will cost $5 per color
  • charter/pixel art bag will cost $50 (must provide pixel art to be accepted for custom to be made) 

Animal Hats: dogs/cats/bears/bunnies

  • 1 color is $15 additional colors will cost $5 per color (if theme hat example mushroom, or charters hats and just wanting a different color or charter the price will start at $20 for the base price)
  • fur yarn is additional $5
  • bells/squeakers for ears is additional $5

Shawls: 

  • $20 if you want to mix and match the designs and colors as they are premade items and to change the color of a premade design will be extra due to needing to make it by order

Plushies:(to change colors on premade items it is additional pricing as it'll be made to order)

  • Slimes- $10 
  • Octo Pocto-$15
  • Puppies- $55 (2 base color)

Extra addons for the plushies:

  • $5 per additional color/hat/scarves
  • $5 for squeakers and or bells (both is $10 only available for the puppies and not for the slimes or Octo plushies due to their small size bells are only available for the ears )
  • $10 for additional accessory items. (being things like the donut, coffee, etc. as they will be a mini plush in there own way as well bells and squeakers are optional with additional $5 and due to size can only be one or the other)

Please note: color changing yarn counts as one color, colors and sizing will vary due to how they look photographed than in person as each item will be made to order do give respect and leeway time for your order to be made but you will be updated along the progress as your order is being made as it is only one person making your order there innovatory and other orders at the same time.

In agreement of ordering a custom order once payment is sent it'll be non-refundable and final payment will be shipping cost if needing to be shipped, additionally if you decide you don't want your order anymore for any reason or can't make final payment within a year holding period there will be no refund and your item will be put on sale and no longer available to you. Please keep this in mind when placing your order you are agreeing to these terms.
